1. Eligibility for Returns

• Returns are accepted only if products are damaged, defective, or incorrect upon delivery.
• Returns must be initiated within 7 days of delivery.
• Returned items must be in original, unopened condition with all packaging intact and must include all labels and invoices.

Not eligible for return:

• Opened or partially used products.
• Products where packaging, labels, or batch information are tampered with.
• Products returned after the specified return period.

3. Return Authorization

After reviewing your request, we’ll issue a Return Authorization (RA) number and instructions for the return shipment.

Please do not ship any product without an RA number — unapproved returns may be refused.

4. Refund Process

Once the returned product is received and inspected:

• Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7–14 business days.
• For cash-on-delivery (COD) orders, refunds may be issued by bank transfer to details provided by you.

Refund timing depends on your bank/payment provider.

5. Cancellation Policy

Orders can be canceled only before the product is shipped.

Once shipped, orders cannot be canceled — you may request a return under the terms above (if eligible).

6. Shipping Costs

• Return shipping costs are generally the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error (damaged/incorrect product).
• If we are at fault, return shipping may be reimbursed or arranged by us.
